Description: Large Volume Compressed Air Installation and Reticulation Piping

Scope:
A turnkey project to design, manufacture, supply and install a new compressor station and reticulation system, which provides a large uninterrupted volume of dried compressed air to various users at 800 kPa(g).

The system features four three-stage centrifugal compressors matched to four heat-of-compression air dryers, four cooling water circulation pumps and four closed circuit induced draught cooling towers.

The entire control system, which is integrated in five PLCs installed in a separate control room and linked to a SCADA system, was developed in-house.
