Description: Modernization of Boots Heating System

Scope:
IST Industrial designed and applied and commissioned a new gas-fired Boots Heating System for the production of soap powder. Flow simulations provided the selection criteria for the new heater box and upgrade of the forced draught fan. Careful layout of the burner plate provided uniform flame temperature. Attention to planning and execution resulted in completion ahead of schedule within the limited shut-down period.
