Scope:
This turnkey project to supply a grease plant integrated the disciplines of process, mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation and control engineering.

The equipment list includes an autoclave, a mixing vessel, three finishing kettles, two homogenisers, several pumps and filters, as well as a large number of actuated control valves with position feedback. A fuel oil burner and a closed circuit cooler provide heating and cooling of the autoclave and finishing kettles with an intermediate heat exchanger.
